SZA Bastion Class Guide

Overview

In Survive Zombie Arena, the Bastion role is simple: redirect aggression, mitigate wave pressure, and fortify positions. When wave sizes grow massive, a single Bastion holding a critical door can save the entire team from wiping.

Abilities

• Iron Bulwark (Passive): Gain 25% passive damage reduction against all physical zombie melee attacks.
• Deployable Barrier (Active): Throw down a solid energy barrier that blocks zombies for 12 seconds or until broken.
• Shield Bash (Active): Strike forward with a massive energy shield, knocking back all zombies in a cone and stunning them for 3 seconds.

Best Bastion Builds

Due to low mobility, the Bastion benefits heavily from close-range area-of-effect weapons. The Riot Shotgun and Plasma Katana are excellent for clearing waves that stack up against your barriers.
